At 1:00 AM, on the 1st August, In The Year of Our Lord, 2006, I left this furnace (the United Arab Emirates that is) on a journey that would take me to the forests of Germany, the grassy plains of Sweden, and the Museum of Erotica in Denmark.It was the first time that I’ve actually been abroad on my own, and I’m afraid I can’t say that everything went smoothly. In fact, I screwed up on more than one occasion.

But it makes for a damn good tale or two. ;)
